Stormbound Serenade
In the expanse of windswept waters,
Where tumultuous tempests roam,
There dwells a daring fisherman,
Who calls the Padma his home.
Amidst the raging storm's fierce dance,
When dark clouds cloak the sky above,
He sets sail with unwavering stance,
Guided by a heart full of love.
Through churning waves and crashing tides,
He navigates with skilled hands,
A lone sailor on a treacherous ride,
Where danger and uncertainty expand.
His weathered face tells tales untold,
Of battles fought with nature's might,
For he possesses a spirit so bold,
That defies the darkest of nights.
When thunder roars and lightning strikes,
And others seek shelter from the gale,
He casts his net with resilience alike,
Trusting his instincts, never to fail.
With patience and resolve as his guide,
He braves the wrath of stormy skies,
As his fishing lines are cast aside,
Hope gleams within his weathered eyes.
For beneath the tempest's wild embrace,
Lie secrets of the river's deep,
A treasure trove, a watery space,
Where countless wonders are bound to keep.
And so, he persists amidst the storm,
Bearing witness to nature's strife,
A humble soul, both strong and warm,
Finding solace in a fisherman's life.
In the heart of Padma's turbulent roar,
He finds his purpose, his tranquil retreat,
The river's melody, forevermore,
Echoes his soul's unwavering beat.
So let the winds howl and waters rise,
His spirit remains unyielding and free,
For the fisherman with weathered eyes,
Fishes the Padma, even amidst the stormy sea.

Excellent poem... "Echoes his soul's unwavering beat." - This line is very heart touching.
